Xtra customers using our mailing lists


Here is some information from Xtra regarding issues with receipt of mail from our mailing lists.

First log in to webmail

Check the block lists for domains or email addresses
Check for any filters
Check spam filtering, ensure image blocking not selected, in case
mailings include emblems or images in header, footer or signatures.
Check spam folder not set to remove immediately, in which case emails
in this folder will not be visible.
Xtra customers should add trusted email addresses to there address
books.

Communication

Communication with our community is important to us and we provide this via Newsletters published on this site.  Daily notices, read out during Whanau Class time and published on this site. Emailed newsletters and other important information via our mailing list (use the mailing list menu item to join).  Our staff are also available via telephone or email, for a list of staff email addresses and extension numbers please click here.  Please note that our school is a very busy place and staff receive large numbers of phone and email messages on a daily basis.   Hence, it may be the case that sometimes it will take some time to get a reply.  If you need to contact a student or staff member urgently please contact the office on 09 4155473 and select the appropriate option.
