Web Portal
The AJHS Web Portal is a place for students and caregivers to access selected information from our Student Management System (SMS). The user name and passwords for this were sent home with your child's last report. If you have lost your password or would like to request one please click here. The AJHS web portal is currently being developed and the sections that are available now are as follows:
Details
This area shows the student, caregiver and emergency contact details plus any basic medical information that we have on our database. It is important that contact details are up to date and correct so please check these and advise the office as soon as possible with any updates or corrections ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Groups
This area shows any extra curricular or other group activities that the student has been involved in.
Attendance
This area shows attendance by period for each week. The day starts with Session 1 (S1) and this is Whanau time. Session 2 (S2) is period 1 and so on up to Session 6 (S6) the last teaching period of the day. The attendance is live so you can log in at any time to have a look. Timetable
The timetable is shown by academic week of the year and it is possible to move forward and backward through the weeks.
Reports
Copies of reports for 2009 in PDF format..
Areas that will be added soon are assessment results and calendar. The web portal can be accessed at: http://www.ajhs.school.nz/portal Note that passwords are case sensitive.
