Empower to Excel

In loving memory

As many of you already know, on Tuesday we received the devastating news that one of our Year 8 students, Phoenix Roycroft and his father Lee passed away in a house fire in Coatesville.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Phoenix’s family who will need a lot of support during this very tragic time.

To everyone in our community – our students, their families and our staff, please continue to look out for each other and lean on the support networks available to you;

We have been working closely with the Ministry of Education and our staff to ensure there is a full wrap-around support service for our students. Parents, if you have any concerns about your child’s well-being please do get in touch with us.

We have started a memorial book in the student support room for those who would like to contribute.

We will be holding a memorial service in the near future, and will communicate these details closer to the time.

Once again, our deepest sympathies go out to the family of Phoenix and his dad Lee.
