Please read below for some items we’re needing help with please:

• Our second hand books, games and puzzles stall needs your pre-loved items! Please drop them at reception or the Student Desk. (Please make sure they have all the pieces 🙂) 

• If you are able to bake something for the bake sale, please email julia.scott@ajhs.school.nz with what you’re baking and what whanau your student is in.

• If you have any (new please) items for our silent auction we’d be super grateful. In the past we have had very kind donations of items such as candles, vouchers, kitchenware, electronics, sports gear, animal hampers, jewellery, pot plants and easter egg hampers. 

• If you would like to volunteer at a stall / carnival game on the day, please email julia.scott@ajhs.school.nz. All help gratefully received. 

• One of the most popular stalls at Gala Day is the Chocolate Coin Toss game! In order to make this game happen, we need donations of chocolate bars please – any size gratefully appreciated. Please drop into the student desk or reception.
