We are excited to introduce a new event designed to support our current Year 8 and Year 9 students and their whānau in making informed decisions about future learning pathways.
Our Year 9 and Year 10 Learning Pathways Programme offers a diverse range of specialist subjects that extend learning, foster curiosity, and prepare students for the opportunities and expectations of senior secondary education.
Whether students have a passion for the arts, sciences, technologies, languages, social studies, health, or physical education, each programme has been designed to challenge, inspire, and support high levels of achievement for adolescent learners.
This academic event provides a rich opportunity for students and their families to explore the exciting range of Year 9 and Year 10 learning pathways available at AJHS. Whānau will be able to meet our curriculum teachers, learn more about each subject area, discuss future aspirations, and gain valuable guidance to enable students to make confident and informed programme selections.
We warmly encourage all Year 8 and Year 9 students and their whānau to attend. Together, we can ensure every learner chooses a future pathway that reflects their interests, strengths, and future goals while providing opportunities to be challenged, inspired, and successful.
We look forward to welcoming you and partnering with you as we support every learner.
