Parent-Teacher Conferences are being held on:

• Thursday 23rd April – 3:45pm – 7.30pm

These conferences are 7 minutes in length and will take place in the Kiwi and Ruru blocks. The conferences provide an opportunity for parents and caregivers to gain insight into your child’s academic performance, strengths, and areas where they may need support. Additionally, parent-teacher conferences provide a valuable opportunity to establish a personal connection with teachers, allowing parents to put a face to a name and to help you stay informed and actively involved in your child’s learning journey at AJHS.

Due to the number of students needing to be seen, appointment times will be adhered to as closely as possible to avoid inconvenience for others. If you miss your allocated session time, you will need to arrange a meeting with the teacher directly or at a later time.

Please note:
Year 7 & 8 Conferences are for Homeroom and Mathematics only.
Year 9 & 10 Conferences are for Core Subjects, including Semester 1 Options. There are no interviews for Whānau Classes.

The interview portal is open for bookings and it will close on Tuesday 21st April at 8am. To make a booking, please refer to the email the school has sent you with the access code.
